blog's dead.. cause nth 2 post... n e way 2day nafa lor. this annual affair. n e way like other yrs, aiming 4 silver only... damm happy lah. all past D, finally got silver... actually is only last yr got bronze... damm angry... this yr got silver again so happy. train damm hard 4 it lor. SBJ improve a lot a lot lor. quite shocked myself at 1st als. but very happy. of course lah. then all still ok. then shuttle run 1st time got 12.59. at 1st go check thought 1s got 60 millisecond so still go divide. there write 12.7 then i go count until 12.42 so thought never got silver so go 2nd time. this time take off shoes run... they say will faster... but... TRUE!!! 2nd time got 11.88, damm damm damm happy. n e way quite or very satisfied with this time performance liao. a lot improvements... so so so happy... n e way next yr will continue jia you!... :)especially sit & reach... very lan... :(
